wln7 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

"Platform" means the wln7 website accessible at wln7.net, including all sub-pages, gaming products, payment interfaces, promotional pages, and support channels operated by wln7.

"Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on the wln7 platform following successful registration and identity verification.

"Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within your wln7 Account, comprising deposited funds, credited bonuses, and settled winnings available for use on the platform.

"Gaming Products" means all betting, wagering, casino, slot, fishing game, and instant game products made available to registered users through the wln7 platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot titles, Pirate Fishing, and Ocean King Jackpot.

"KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by wln7 to confirm the identity, age, and eligibility of account holders, including verification of CNIC documentation.

"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your Account as part of a wln7 promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gaming is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law, as determined by wln7 from time to time.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the wln7 platform. This age restriction is a strict eligibility requirement and is enforced without exception. wln7 will request proof of age documentation as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any account where age cannot be confirmed to wln7's satisfaction.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may register and maintain only one wln7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. wln7 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. wln7 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the user.

2.4 Identity Verification. wln7 requires KYC verification before processing withdrawals and may request KYC documentation at any stage following registration. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by wln7 may result in withdrawal suspension or account termination.

2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. You must not register or use wln7 if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the wln7 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. wln7 makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside of those it actively serves.

2.6 Right to Decline Registration. wln7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wln7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your wln7 Login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify wln7 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. wln7 accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the receipt of such notification.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility. All activity conducted through your wln7 account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you or conducted by a third party who accessed your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices used to access the wln7 platform are secure and free from malware or keylogging software. wln7 recommends using a unique, strong password for your wln7 account and enabling any available two-factor authentication options.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wln7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wln7 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the wln7 payments page and may be updated from time to time. wln7 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits as required by its operational or compliance obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. wln7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the payments page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification steps required by wln7 or its payment partners.

4.4 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. wln7 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

4.5 No Money Laundering. The wln7 platform must not be used as a mechanism for transferring, concealing, or laundering funds. wln7 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits that are not used for genuine gaming activity may be subject to additional review before withdrawal is approved.

4.6 Transaction Fees. wln7 does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by third-party payment providers are outside wln7's control and remain the account holder's responsibility.

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers available on the wln7 platform are subject to individual eligibility requirements, which will be specified in the terms of each promotion. wln7 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your wln7 account are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. wln7 is not obligated to provide notice prior to the expiry of bonus funds.

5.4 Promotional Abuse. wln7 reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where promotional abuse is detected. Promotional abuse includes but is not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of third-party software to exploit bonus conditions, and collusion between account holders to meet wagering requirements artificially.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. wln7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to the effective date of the change.

6.1 Game Rules. Each gaming product available on the wln7 platform operates according to its individual product rules, which are accessible within the respective game or product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual product rules, the individual product rules shall prevail in respect of that specific product.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is not accepted and settled until wln7's systems have confirmed receipt and the bet has been assigned a unique transaction reference. wln7 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on markets that were suspended at the time of placement, or bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error.

6.3 Manifest Errors. wln7 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that was settled based on a manifest error, including but not limited to system malfunctions, incorrect odds, and data feed errors. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the account holder's wln7 Wallet at wln7's discretion.

6.4 RNG Certification. All random number generator-based games available on the wln7 platform use certified RNG technology audited by independent third-party testing bodies. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by any external factor or by wln7's operational interests.

6.5 Cricket Betting Settlement. Cricket betting markets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, or the International Cricket Council for international matches). wln7 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results in the event of any dispute or irregularity.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wln7 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

(a) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

(b) Registering or using a wln7 account on behalf of another individual, or allowing a third party to use your wln7 account.

(c) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with gaming products, or exploit promotional offers on the wln7 platform.

(d) Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to events on which wln7 offers betting markets.

(e) Colluding with other account holders to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or other multiplayer gaming products.

(f) Engaging in arbitrage betting or the systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

(g) Using the wln7 platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

(h) Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the wln7 platform.

8.1 All content on the wln7 platform, including but not limited to the wln7 brand name, logo, game graphics, odds data, interface design, text, and software, is the intellectual property of wln7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wln7 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wln7 content without prior written consent from wln7.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of wln7's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

9.1 wln7's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the wln7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a wln7 account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

9.2 wln7 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. wln7 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

9.3 wln7 may be required to disclose account holder information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with its compliance obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of these Terms or of the wln7 Privacy Policy.

10.1 wln7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all account holders with a suite of tools to help manage their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your wln7 account dashboard and take immediate effect upon activation.

10.2 If you wish to self-exclude from the wln7 platform, you may do so by accessing the responsible gaming section of your account or by contacting wln7 support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the account will be suspended for the duration selected by the account holder. wln7 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration during any active self-exclusion period.

10.3 wln7 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the minimum age. Any funds deposited by an underage user will not be returned as winnings and will be handled in accordance with wln7's underage gaming policy.

10.4 If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, wln7 strongly encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account and to seek assistance from independent support resources. 11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wln7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the wln7 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, payment processing delays, or game malfunctions.

11.2 wln7 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. wln7 shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

11.3 wln7's total aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit wln7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.

12.1 wln7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wln7 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, wln7 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such balance is directly connected to the breach in question. Forfeiture of funds will be applied proportionately and in accordance with wln7's internal compliance procedures.

12.3 You may request the closure of your wln7 account at any time by contacting wln7 support. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, wln7 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances (subject to KYC completion) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

12.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more may be classified as dormant. wln7 will notify the account holder via the registered contact details prior to applying any dormant account administration fee, where applicable under wln7's operational policies at that time.

13.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your experience on the wln7 platform — including bet settlement, payment processing, account management, or customer service — you should first contact wln7 support via the live chat facility or by email to the wln7 support address. wln7 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

13.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following the wln7 internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channel specified under wln7's applicable gaming licence framework. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided by wln7 support upon request.

13.3 In all cases, any dispute between you and wln7 shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties prior to the initiation of any formal dispute resolution proceedings.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wln7 holds its international gaming licence.

14.2 By using the wln7 platform, you acknowledge that you are accessing the platform on your own initiative and that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction of residence. wln7 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

15.3 Continued use of the wln7 platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your wln7 account in accordance with Section 12.3 above.
